This is one of the poorest quality instruments that I can remember buying. It consumes an incredible amount of ink for relatively few copies. It is always pausing and in motion apparently pouring ink down the drain. Today I went to print and it stated "Ink System Failure." It will not respond, despite all new ink and turn of and on as directed. I have had the printer for only 5 months. PLEASE!!!
