No matter how often I change the expensive toner cartridges, or how many times I've opened up the thing to clean it, toner spots just don't go away from the finished prints.
Beyond that the color is dull, no life. The printer is very heavy. The duplex works well. The wireless feature works well. I like the fact that it can be connected via parallel and/or USB if you want to run wires for quicker printing. Replacing toner is real simple, but when it's time to buy the six toner cartridges, you'll spend more on them then the cost of the printer. Better to just buy another printer because it comes with all the cartriges.
When printing envelopes, it wrinkles the corners.
