I have had the same problems as the other negative reviewer, with even more problems for a printer that is only about a year old. In addition, when I try to print legal sheets, it invariably jams up after 1 sheer. Talked to HP several times and it was always "you must be doing something wrong." I do know how to put paper in a printer. So I bought another printer to just print legal and continued to use the printer for letter sized printing and a lot of scanning. Then I installed Windows 7, and voila, no drivers for the printer. Printing regular b & w text moves along at about 1 page per minute, with a lot of delay in between pages. Also, the scanner does not work - no Windows 7 driver. Due to a prior software problem where a "fix" was promised for three years and never came, I have little faith in getting the drivers anytime soon.
