Well I was really excited about getting the 4880 but I have yet to get the first print off it. The box arrived in good shape but the printer had some broken parts in it and still does not work. The paper cover for the front paper tray was broken and the door and catch for the left side cartridge door was broken. The catch has to be replaced by a tech. Going through the steps of loading the ink cartridges I got error messages and have not yet got it working. So far I would say I am not impressed with Epson quality as all I have is a $2000 printer that still does not work a month after getting it. I hope we can get it working and up and going.
