The fax function works fine, if you don't mind lines running through the fax. The printer is terrible. The alignment is off and nothing I have tried will fix it. I admit I purchased this 4 in 1 for the price and I got just what I paid for. I work at home and buy new ink cartridges every other month. In a year I paid three times as much on the ink than I paid for the machine itself. I'm so over Lexmark. I will never purchase their junk again.
