I purchased this all-in-one printer about 13 months ago. It has been a pretty good printer. The picture quality could use some improvement but overall it is OK. Printing envelopes is nearly impossible and I received an error code that requires maintenace and unfortunately the one year warranty was up so I am trashing this printer. The ink is more expensive than the HP printers. So, I am left with a printer that doesn't work and I am going back to my "old faithful" an HP printer. Please use caution when purchasing this printer. Hindsight 20/20 I should have purchased an HP instead but I am cheap and went for the less expensive printer.Get more detail about Canon Pixma MP470 Photo All-In-One Inkjet Printer (2177B002).
