Absolute nightmare. This is the single most unreliable and capricious piece of hardware I have ever had the misfortune to own. My biggest problem comes with the scanner. Scanning works about 50% of the time. As MANY others have noted, there is a repeating "scanner not connected to USB" message even when the connection is tested and the printer works fine!
