We use the FX-890 to print all of our orders for our business and had the first one for over seven years without any problems. Once it got so old, we decided to just buy a new one. Since the day we replaced the old one, the new one never worked quite right and keeps smudging the second line. We called Epson over three times and have been on the phone with them for almost an hour every time but the problem always comes back.
