Communications just keep breaking down with this printer. Wireless goes into a sleep mode & never recovers. When connected with a usb cable it's a little better, but it NEVER has scanned. I have worked as a professional IT person for decades & set up devices constantly. The problems with this device are NOT due to the end users lack of ability!
