I have owned and used my P705 for a month. Setup was easy, including wireless set up. I have used it for printing, copying and faxing. Ink usage seems good too. Used customer service once. The technician picked up the phone immediately and used Lexmark's version of "net meeting" to observe and fix a minor issue.
