Should have listened to the 1 stars. Bought it on a Friday and returned it on Saturday. As soon as I test printed it I realized the people that said it didn't print black were correct. Called tech support and was on the line for less than a minute when she said that it happens on this model. She said they would warranty it, however I chose to return it to Office Depot and exchanged it for an HP 6500. Only had it about a week but so far so good. Brother tech support could have cared less about the problem.
